Debby Bacharach<\/h1>\n

is the author of Shake & Tremor<\/a> (Grayson Books, 2021) and After I Stop Lying<\/a> (Cherry Grove Collections, 2015).<\/p>\n

Her poems and essays have been published in journals nationally and internationally, including Poetry Ireland Review, On the Seawall, Vallum, Cimarron Review, New Letters and The Writer\u2019s Chronicle; been anthologized in\u00a0A Fierce Brightness: Twenty-Five Years of Women’s Poetry; received a Pushcart prize honorable mention; and numerous Pushcart and Best of the Net nominations.\u00a0She has been the featured reader at poetry readings in Boston, Oberlin, Seattle, South Bend, and Minneapolis. She is currently a poetry reader for Whale Road Review and SWWIM and a mentor for PEN America.<\/p>\n

Educated at Swarthmore College and the University of Minnesota, Debby lives in Seattle with her family. She is a college writing instructor, editor, and tutor and teaches poetry workshops for children.<\/p>\n
